The total stay was perfectly pleasant for 3 nights. My room was both well laid out and functional with a balcony and comfortable chairs and discounted breakfast. Central location was a plus. This hotel was set in a nice quiet area. It had good attached restaurant.

The hotel staff was not very friendly.

The room was quiet with an exceptionally comfortable bed and with a nice deep bathtub. The location right across the road from a great supermarket was marvellous and stunning for us. Chiyoda district was worth exploring.

The location was reasonably priced and strategic in the attached coffee shop, you may take train on Ochanomizu train station within 15 minutes walk from here.

We were in Tokyo for 9 days, had lovely stay, the hotel was fairly clean with favourable and magnificent location near the Shopping Centre with lot of good restaurant around.

The room we had included a vending machine and Wi-Fi. The bed was extremely comfy and the bathroom was nice, had very very good breakfast! This hotel was located in a central area just off bakery, major Jr and subway stations and the Family Mart convenience store. Furthermore, close to the main shopping area of Akihabara.

All of the staff was very courteous and amiable. The restaurant here was good for guests of the hotel, we both ordered freshly cooked dishes. It was equipped with a vending machine and WiFi.

Rooms large, clean, comfortable. Good bathroom, table, chairs. Right sized bed. Slippers, robe provided. Excellent location between two major stations. Family Mart, post office nearby. Helpful staff.

All was perfect.

Easy to find from Ueno ou Akihabara Station with the help of Google Earth. Hotel Staff very profissional and friendly. We arrived earlier than the check-in hour. Paying 500 Yens it´s possible to do it earlier what was very important because we were very tired after a very long trip from Lisbon. There is a convenience store at the ground floor, open 24h.

Ideal location for Akihabara. Only 3-5 min walk. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel provides wide range of amenities and has Family Mart in front of the hotel.

As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quiet neighborhood and the comfortable beds. The convenient location near a train station made exploring the city easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. The attached Family Mart was a perfect convenience.

Felt happy, no reason to complain.

Room was great, nice beds. Akihabara was three minutes walking away, just like the closest trainstation

Hotel Staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful.

1) The actual rooms @Hotel Ochanomizu/Akihabara are not as per in the pictures on the hotel website. They are deceivingly smaller than appeared on the website. 2) Lack of free English tv channels 3) No internet wifi

Compact & silent rooms with a double bed, a good bathroom, green tea. Wonderful and stunning location, just next door to Akihabara Town. Small restaurant approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

Overall absolutely great hotel, cheap meals.

Amazing building and rooms with a single bed. Marvellous location to an eastern orthodox church.
